special events in time deserve to have the best photographer
Every event is unique - from a cozy gathering down the road to a full-day celebration hours away. To make sure you only pay for what you truly need, my event rates are based on three things: Travel Distance, Coverage Time, and Team Size.
base rate: $450
Includes:
- Up to 2 hours coverage
- 50 professionally edited images
- Online gallery + print release
Add ons
- Extra Coverage $150/hr
- Travel over 40 miles: $0.65 per mile (round trip)
- Second Photographer: $300 flat rate
- Rush Gallery delivery (within 72 hours): $100

Travel distance
Travel isn't just the time behind the wheel - it's fuel, wear and tear, and the hours spent getting to and from your venue. If your event is nearby, you'll only pay the base rate. If it's farther away, I add a small mileage fee or, for overnight/ destination events, lodging costs. this ensures I can show up rested, prepared, and fully ready to capture your day - no matter where it takes me.
coverage time
Some events only need a couple of hours to tell the full story, while others unfold over an entire day. By pricing based on coverage hours, you only pay for the time you truly need. Want me there just for the key moments? Great. Want me there from set-up to the last toast? I'm in. This keeps your investment focused exactly where it matters most.
second photographer
While I can cover a lot on may own, there are moments I physically can't be in two places at once - like capturing the speeches and the dance floor reactions at the same time. A second photographer ensures every angle, reaction, and little detail is documented. This is especially helpful for large events, multiple locations, or timelines with overlapping moments.
